The SafeGauge Wireless Hydraulic Flow Meter removes technicians from the live work area when troubleshooting and testing hydraulic systems in mobile and fixed plant, such as pumps, valves and motors. 

It allows technicians to remotely adjust the load on a hydraulic system while monitoring the live flow, pressure and temperature readings. 

With the MultiTool Pro providing all the information in an easy-to-use interface with logging and reporting capabilities, testing is completed safer, more efficiently, and with greater transparency. Wirelessly view, control and log hydraulic data for a safer and more efficient testing experience.

How does the over pressure safety valve work? 

If the pressure exceeds the max limit, it bypasses the unit to protect it. This is unlike other devices which have burst disks that would require replacement.

What is the maximum load/pressure?

The device is rated up to 415 bar (6000 psi). The Flow Meter can generate 350 bar (5000 psi) of load in the system.

How is the temperature measured? 

Hydraulic fluid temperature is measured with a probe that is submersed in the fluid.
